When Reverence was first conceptualised, we felt that it was a responsibility of the blog to showcase worthy independent artists. This would allow us the opportunity to point a spotlight on independent music on a neutral platform where genres weren’t the focus. Reverence prides itself on its diversity of genres from Rock to Hip Hop allowing all types of music to come across our doorstep for review or promotion.

When discussing music, it really comes down to personal taste and talking about what sounds good and what doesn’t to the individual. If you ask people what their favourite artists or sounds are, chances are you’ll be debating with them over your own tastes and preferences. This is where the fun with music begins.
